A Board of Directors consisting of nine
members headed by the Chairman governs NDBL. The Board of Directors
comprises inter alia prominent personalities such as former Minister,
former High level officials, Professionals and Pioneer Entrepreneurs
of the country, representatives of minority public shareholders
and nominees of cash-rich Corporations like Employees Provident
Fund and Rastriya Beema Sansthan. It is also represented by the
most leading development bank of India i.e. IDBI with a current
holding of 10% in NDBL's capital.
