Nepal Development Bank Ltd.(NDBL) invites proposals from interested parties to purchase an instant noodles manufacturing plant with an installed annual capacity of 2,700 ton based on single shift operation. The factory is located at Itahari-3, Sirijunga Tole, Sunsari, Nepal with total land area of 1Bigha 3 Katha i.e. (23kattha). All the equipment and plants are imported from India, Japan, China and Singapore and based on the state of the art technology. Plants and machineries are in good working condition and can be operated at any time. The buildings have been constructed to suit the requirements generally stipulated processing units by multinational companies. The factory site is about 20 km from Biratnagar Town. The Indian check post of Jogbani is about 3 km from Biratnagar and Siliguri Town is about 80km. A new approach road is under construction which passes near the south end of the factory wall and connects the East West Highway which is about 0.5km from the factory site.
