Bank pursued recovery & settlement of dues on a war - footing
basis. As on Mid - July 2006 non - performing assets (NPA) has remarkably
been reduced to 10%. |

the adoption of a more stringent policy on provisions for doubtful
debts as well as reduction of NPAs to the level of less than 10%,
the Bank has now a clean balance sheet with quality loan portfolio. |

mind and introduced many new areas of services in the bank like |

The
Bank has already issued 1:1 right shares and allotment is in the
process of completion to increase its paid up capital from Rs. 160
million at present to Rs. 320 million by F.Y. 2006-07. |

the forth coming years the Bank has planned to make giant strides
in various performance parameters, specifically to increase earning
assets (quality loan portfolio), retail business and fee-based
income. |
